Nquiring Minds builds trusted data and AI products used across cyber security, defence, healthcare, agritech and local government. As Sales Director you will own our commercial engine end to end: sales, business development, partnerships and revenue growth. You’ll work directly with the executive team to convert a strong product portfolio and customer track record into repeatable commercial wins and recurring revenue.

• Own and grow the sales pipeline across our product and services portfolio
• Lead business development into government, defence and enterprise markets
• Build and manage strategic partnerships — technology partners, primes, integrators and channel
• Shape bids, framework responses and direct procurement opportunities
• Develop go-to-market propositions with product and engineering leadership
• Represent the company with customers, partners and at industry events
• Build and mentor the commercial team as the business scales
