Sales Negotiator

Due to continued growth, our client is looking to appoint an ambitious and experienced Sales Negotiator to join their successful residential sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated property professional who enjoys building relationships, winning business and delivering outstanding customer service.

You'll play a key role in driving the sales department forward while benefiting from an attractive commission structure and genuine career progression opportunities. As a Sales Negotiator, you'll be responsible for managing the sales process from initial enquiry through to completion, ensuring every client receives an exceptional level of service. Your responsibilities will include:
Registering buyers and matching them with suitable properties. Conducting property viewings and providing expert advice to prospective purchasers. Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors to achieve the best possible outcome. Generating new business opportunities and identifying potential valuations. Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, buyers, solicitors and mortgage advisers. Progressing sales through to completion while providing regular updates to all parties.

Meeting and exceeding individual and branch sales targets. Supporting the wider sales team and leading by example with professionalism and excellent customer service. Our client is looking for someone who is:
An experienced Estate Agency Sales Negotiator seeking a fresh challenge, or someone from a Sales Background (including recruitment, tele-sales or call center) A confident and skilled negotiator with a proven track record of achieving results. Commercially driven and motivated by earning potential. Professional, personable and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. Organised, proactive and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

A strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills. In possession of a full UK driving licence and own vehicle. Basic salary of up to £28,000 depending on experience. Realistic OTE of £35,000 - £40,000. Competitive tiered commission structure: starting from 3.5% ranging up to 10%. Ongoing training and development. Genuine opportunities for career progression.
