What you'll be doingAs a Commercial Graduate Trainee, you'll learn the business from the ground up, backed by continuous on-the-job training and an extensive professional sales training programme.
You'll be selling to plumbers, heating engineers and installers: experienced trade professionals who value knowledge, reliability and good service. You'll rotate through each area of the branch, building a thorough understanding of how the business operates and taking on greater responsibility as you develop. Those who demonstrate capability and commitment will have the opportunity to progress quickly.
No two days are the same. Your calendar could include breakfasts with customers, external events and supplier trade days, giving you real exposure to the trade from the start.
