We are hiring M&S Security Officers to help protect our stores, people and products while delivering outstanding service.

• £13.96 per hour
• Guaranteed 40+ hours per week

• Providing a visible and professional security presence within the store.
• Delivering world‑class customer service to customers and colleagues.
• Helping prevent loss, theft and anti‑social behaviour.
• Using store technology including body‑worn cameras and mobile reporting systems.
• Responding calmly and professionally to incidents and emergencies.
• Maintaining a safe environment by identifying and reporting hazards.
• Supporting compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

We’re looking for individuals who are approachable, professional, and passionate about customer experience.

• A valid SIA licence.
• Previous security experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A calm and professional approach in challenging situations.
• Energy, enthusiasm and a proactive mindset.

All candidates must be able to provide a 5‑year checkable work history within the UK.
