Location:

West Quay Shopping Centre, Southampton.

Pay Rate: £13.70 per hour on a flexible rota covering days, nights, weekends and bank holidays.

• You will take a lead role on site as required.
• Conduct patrols outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Provide a welcoming attitude to clients and customers, demonstrating vigilance and approachability.
• Maintain situational awareness of local surroundings.
• Identify and stop suspicious activity or potential criminal acts, maintaining control until emergency services arrive.
• Report sightings, arrests and incidents to the Security Shift Manager, recording, reporting and escalating as required.

• Holds a valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence.
• Team player with an enthusiastic attitude.
• Capable of working independently and on own initiative.
• Flexible approach to work to suit business needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Calm under pressure.
