Head of Protective Security & Risk Leadership

Copello is seeking an experienced Head of Protective Security to lead and develop a protective security function within a highly regulated organisation in Southampton, UK. This role involves managing security operations, ensuring compliance with UK Government and defence security requirements, and overseeing personnel and physical security.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in the UK defence or government sector with strong knowledge of security governance, risk management, and team leadership. Due to the nature of the work, candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain UK DV security clearance.
