£14.98 per hour

Mitie is looking for Elite Security Officers who can deliver exceptional customer service while providing a highly visible presence that reduces the impact of anti‑social behaviour for colleagues and customers.

• You must hold a current SIA licence.
• A full 5‑year checkable employment/education history is required.

• Deliver industry‑leading customer service.
• Create a safe environment free from crime and fear of crime for customers and colleagues.
• Manage anti‑social behaviour and build relationships with offenders.
• Engage with members of the public by providing a welcoming presence.
• Support the public and visitors with their queries in a friendly and polite manner.
• Support Police and crime partnerships where required to aid in the reduction of crime in store.
• Wear Body Worn CCTV to support the reduction of crime and increase colleague and customer safety.
