Job Description:

Loss Prevention Officer – you help deliver our goal of keeping customers, associates and assets safe. Experience in a customer-facing role in a fast-paced retail environment or security guard role is ideal but not essential.

• Support a positive customer experience by being a visible, friendly, approachable presence at our entrance doors.
• Deterrence of loss on the sales floor and act as an ambassador for the loss prevention function.
• Collaborate with the store team to maintain security of products and resolve conflicts when required.
• Demonstrate the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Be self-motivated, resilient and driven to make a difference with a natural ability to communicate.
