  : £36,300 – £40,450 (includes location allowance, salary dependent on experience) plus a guaranteed £3,000 bonus in your first year

At Home Serve we put the customers' experience at the forefront of everything we do. As a Plumbing Engineer you will undertake the maintenance and repair work of plumbing systems in our customers' homes. You will provide industry‑leading service and help us enhance our reputation, whilst driving customer growth.

• Level 2 in Plumbing (certificates must be provided)
• 1st and 2nd fix plumbing experience
• Experience working as a plumber in domestic housing
• Full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 penalty points
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proactive, “can do” attitude
• Keen eye for detail and problem‑solving skills

To help you settle into your career at Home Serve, you will undertake our extensive training programme.

• Week 1 – Head Office induction in Walsall (covering Home Serve, health and safety, tools and equipment)
• Week 2 – You will be buddy‑ed with an experienced Home Serve Plumbing Engineer

Where geographically appropriate we will pay for your accommodation and meal allowance during induction.
