Painter and Decorator required for 6 x weeks work in the City centre of Southampton working in a hotel / restaurant, must be experienced, have own transport and tools, all correct brushes, own whites, CSCS Card preferred. You must have experienced with traditional, listed buildings and sash windows, heritage repairs, be good at prepping, right though to a good finish.
You will also be carrying out all aspects of painting & decorating, undercoating, gloss, first / second coats, caulking, filling, must provide 2 x sources of references and live within good travelling distance of Southampton centre.
Main Duties:
Prepping
Undercoats
Filling
Caulking
First / Second Coats
Sanding / Rubbing down
Sash windows
Restoration decorating
Restoration repairs
Must Have:
Correct brushes, Tools
Experience with Listed buildings
Experience with sash windows
Own Tools
Own Transport
Provide 2 x Sources of References
Must live in good travel distance of Southampton
