Are you a skilled tradesperson with a passion for delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance? We're looking for a
Multi-Skilled Operative to join our team and help provide an efficient, compliant, and customer-focused service across a range of properties.

What You'll Be Doing

Carrying out a wide variety of carpentry, plumbing, and masonry tasks to a high standard.
Ensuring all work complies with building regulations, health and safety legislation, and internal policies.
Communicating effectively with customers and colleagues to keep everyone informed of progress.
Acting as an ambassador for our values, delivering excellent service and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Using mobile devices to record job progress, materials used, and timesheets.
Managing van stock and procuring materials through approved suppliers.
Participating in an out-of-hours emergency call-out rota.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in carpentry, plumbing, and general maintenance across residential properties.
NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Maintenance Operations or a core trade (or time-served experience).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines.
Full, clean UK driving licence.
Comfortable with physically demanding work and using digital tools for job management.
