** What is the role?
** As a Recruitment Operations Work Placement Student, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Academy Recruitment Team, working across the Academy, Pre-Academy, and Assessment Centres while gaining hands-on experience within a professional football club.
** This placement MUST form part of the overall degree programme for you to be considered. Do not apply if your placement is optional for your degree.
**** What will you be doing?
** You will support the daily operational and administrative tasks of the department, including but not restricted to;
* Helping organise and run regular recruitment events and centres.
* Assisting in liaison with trialists and their families, ensuring a good trial experience.
* Gathering activity data from local recruitment, including becoming a champion of our new academy scout operating app.
* Generally supporting the work of a busy local academy recruitment team.

** We are looking for a highly organised and proactive individual who is passionate about football and wants to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment
