We are working with a number of Local Authority clients across the South West of England who are looking to recruit experienced Adults Social Workers for a range of agency assignments.

Whether your experience is in Community Teams, Hospital Discharge, Learning Disabilities, Mental Health, Safeguarding, or Older Adults, we have opportunities to match your skills and preferences.

• Manage a caseload of adults with a range of needs.
• Complete Care Act assessments, reviews and support planning.
• Undertake safeguarding enquiries and risk assessments.
• Work collaboratively with health professionals and partner agencies.
• Promote independence and deliver person‑centred outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely case records.

• Qualified Social Worker (Degree, DipSW, CQSW or equivalent).
• Registered with Social Work England.
• Experience working within Adult Social Care.
• Sound knowledge of relevant legislation, including the Care Act 2014 and Mental Capacity Act.
• Full UK driving licence is desirable.

• Up to £38 per hour (depending on role and experience).
• Hybrid and flexible working opportunities.
