St Basils is seeking a Progression Coach to work with young people facing homelessness or at risk of homelessness. You will develop personalised support plans, provide practical guidance and emotional support to help clients build confidence and life skills.
In a multidisciplinary team within a PIE framework, you will promote wellbeing, maintain records, and safeguard as a core priority while helping individuals access housing, education or employment opportunities.
