Waythrough is seeking a Complex Needs Young People’s Practitioner to deliver trauma-informed, person-centred support to children and young people aged 10-18 (and up to 25 where appropriate) in the Gambling Service, across communities, schools and partner agencies.
You will manage your own caseload, carry out assessments and care planning, provide psychosocial interventions, and work flexibly to ensure coordinated, timely support that improves wellbeing and outcomes for young people and families.
