Experience:
Experience a variety of settings and challenges, which will enhance your expertise and adaptability
- Undertake statutory assessments under the Care Act 2014 to identify eligible needs and craft person-centred care and support plans
- Manage a diverse caseload, including conducting reviews, reassessments, and handling complex casework across various adult social care pathways
- Lead safeguarding enquiries in line with Section 42, applying a Making Safeguarding Personal approach to your work
- Complete Mental Capacity Act 2005 assessments and contribute to Best Interests decision-making processes
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and partner agencies to coordinate effective interventions and deliver exemplary service provision
Qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma in Social Work
- Completion of ASYE (where applicable)
- Registered with Social Work England
- Enhanced DBS clearance
- Sound knowledge of Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005, and safeguarding frameworks
