YMCA Newport is seeking a Deputy Manager SENCo for maternity cover. 40 hours per week with a £35,000 annual salary. The role focuses on quality, practice and embedding YMCA values across rooms and the garden. You will observe children, develop IEPs, make referrals and coach staff to raise standards. Enhanced DBS required.
You will join a supportive leadership team and contribute to the nursery improvement plan while deputising for the Nursery Manager as required.
