Delivertargetedsupportpackagestailoredtotheneedsofeachyoungperson. Safeguardandmonitoryoungpeoplethroughobservation,planning,andcontinuedassessment. Buildprofessional,trustingrelationshipsthatencouragepersonalgrowthandindependence. Offerguidanceandencouragement,supportinglifeskillssuchasmoneymanagement,health,decision-making,andmealplanning. Providefallbacksupportduringtimesofcrisisandremaincalmandsafewhentheyareunableto. Support Unaccompanied Asylum -Seeking Childrenandyoungpeoplewithchallengingearlylifeexperiencesandadditionalvulnerabilities. Encourageparticipationinactivitiesthatbuildconfidenceandstability. Motivatedanddedicatedwithagenuinedesiretosupportothersand'makeadifference. Patientandempathetictothechallengesyoungpeoplemayface,especiallythosewithemotionalandbehaviouraldifficulties. Strongliteracyandcommunicationskills,withtheabilitytoliaisewithprofessionalsandadvocateeffectively. Knowledgeorunderstandingoftrauma-informedcare.
