The successful candidate will:
Act as a Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead.
Lead on day-to-day child protection and safeguarding matters.
Work closely with Children's Services and a range of external agencies.
Coordinate support for vulnerable children and families.
Deliver family support programmes, coffee mornings and parent workshops.
Help strengthen the partnership between home and school.
Champion early intervention and preventative support. We are looking for someone who:
Has experience of working with vulnerable children and families.
Has a strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
Is an excellent communicator who quickly builds trust and positive relationships.
Can work effectively with external agencies and professionals.
