Dorset Council is seeking an L2 Social Worker to join the Preparation for Adulthood team within Children's Services. This fixed-term post focuses on developing skills to support young people and families as they prepare for adulthood.
You will complete preparation for adulthood plans with young people aged 14+ and may undertake adult Care Act assessments and Mental Capacity Assessments, working alongside colleagues across children’s and adult services.
