We're seeking an experienced and passionate professional to lead our work supporting young people at risk of homelessness and substance use. Based within Family Help and Partnerships, you'll oversee a team of practitioners, drive service development, and work with partners across statutory and voluntary sectors to deliver effective early intervention and prevention services.

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of young people by improving access to accommodation, support, and targeted interventions. You'll play a key role in shaping policy, developing partnerships, analysing trends, and ensuring high-quality support that helps young people achieve positive outcomes and reach their full potential.

This role is available on a temporary basis.
