Embedded Software Team Lead – £80 000 – Southampton – semi‑remote.
We are looking for an Embedded Software Team Lead with solid experience in Embedded Systems and Algorithm design.
The company is established globally and operates in a lucrative industry. You will work as part of a dedicated team of Embedded Software and Electronics Engineers, leading R&D teams, working on firmware, and seeing products from design to manufacture.
Key Skills- Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD in Electronics, Control Systems or a related discipline
- 6+ years of commercial Embedded C experience
- Proven experience leading software teams
- Hands‑on algorithm design experience using MATLAB, Python, Simulink, C++ or similar
- Interest in AI or AI edge devices is highly desirable but not essential
