Are you an experienced software engineer who enjoys building scalable, high-quality solutions in a collaborative environment? Do you want to help shape innovative products and mentor others while working with modern cloud and data technologies?

About the Role

You will design, build, and maintain software solutions that support product delivery and innovation. This role involves working across the full software development lifecycle, partnering with teams to translate complex requirements into scalable, reliable systems. You will also play a key role in mentoring engineers and promoting best practices.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, test, review, and maintain software across the full SDLC (new features, improvements, bug fixes).
  • Collaborate on design, refactoring, and maintaining a high-quality codebase.
  • Perform peer code reviews and ensure thorough testing of all code.
  • Translate complex product requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with support teams and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to documentation, project planning, and delivery accountability.
  • Mentor engineers and promote best practices across teams.
  • Engage stakeholders, support product delivery, and drive innovation (e.g., GenAI adoption).
Requirements
  • Strong experience in software engineering within Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Strong cloud expertise (AWS and/or GCP) and API gateway experience (e.g., Apigee).
  • Hands‑on experience with Kubernetes (EKS), Docker, Terraform, and Helm.
  • Proficiency in Java, Python, or Node.js plus Git Hub and CI/CD tools.
  • Experience with large‑scale data platforms (e.g., Snowflake) and complex data models.
  • Solid understanding of TDD, testing frameworks, and engineering best practices.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to document and influence across teams.
  • Leadership capability including mentoring, delegation, and stakeholder management.
