Technology & Software Architecture Lead

Salary: £100, per year

• We are looking for an experienced Software Architect, Application Architect, Principal Engineer, Software Development Lead, or senior technical leader.
• We need strong software engineering knowledge combined with architecture and technical leadership experience.
• We want someone comfortable operating strategically while staying close enough to the technology to guide development teams and technical decisions.
• Experience in software, application, or solutions architecture is important.
• Experience designing and modernising complex customer-facing applications is important.
• Experience with software transformation or application rebuild programmes is important.
• Strong knowledge of modern software development and architecture is important.
• Experience with microservices and service-oriented architectures is important.
• Experience with APIs, integration patterns, and third-party services is important.
• Experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, and/or Python is important.
• Experience with SQL, data integration, and enterprise data systems is important.
• Experience with cloud-native architecture and modern engineering practices is important.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD is important.
• Experience leading software development teams is important.
• Experience with AI, LLMs, or agentic AI would be highly valuable, especially in real business or customer solutions.
