• A communicator – master of diagnostics and fundamental in delighting customers. Communicate clearly so they feel safe.

• A fixer/problem solver – use technical expertise to solve a variety of issues, fixing vehicles on the roadside or recovering them to a garage.

• NVQ3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or equivalent qualifications with appropriate experience.
• Full category B driving licence with 6 points or less.
• Willingness to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
