Yacht Shipping Coordinator

If so, we have a vacancy that may well be of interest. Our client is a well-established shipping company to the marine sector based in Central Southampton, who is looking to add to their growing team.

As a Yacht Shipping Coordinator you will be responsible for the start to finish process of moving yachts around the world, import, export & cross trades. You will be commercially minded, be a natural problem solver and be able to build relationships with customers & suppliers. Although project /out of gauge experience would be beneficial, plus shipping line experience opposed to pure forwarding – more importantly is attitude and willingness to learn.

So, if you have forwarding / shipping experience, and that required spark, then we certainly would like to hear from you.

• Import / Export Freight forwarding or liner experience
• Commercially minded
• Cargo Wise (would certainly be beneficial)

This is a position with a specialist shipping company that specialises in moving high value boats, yachts & marine across the globe & has a network off office around the world.

For the right candidate our client is looking to pay between £30-£35K for the right person along with benefits.
