Ocean Infinity is seeking a Logistics Lead to set the direction, governance and performance of the logistics function within the Supply Chain Management (SCM) team. Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain Management, the role is a senior leadership position and a critical partner to Operations and Projects, enabling safe, reliable and cost-effective delivery of Goods to and from our Fleet and Global sites across Ocean Infinity’s fast-paced maritime robotics environment.

The Logistics Lead is responsible for shaping and deploying logistics strategy, building strong governance and capability, and aligning logistics outcomes to business priorities, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements. Sitting as part of the Supply Chain Leadership Team, the role balances strategic leadership with hands-on coaching on complex transportation, distribution and international logistics activities.

Acting as the senior logistics partner to operational and project stakeholders, the Logistics Lead ensures early engagement, effective planning and robust logistics strategies that support operational readiness and project delivery. The role leads and develops the logistics team, embeds best practice across systems and processes, and drives continuous improvement, value delivery and risk mitigation across the logistics network.
** What you will do
*** Define and deploy the logistics strategy and operating model as part of the wider Supply Chain Management function, ensuring alignment to operational, project and business objectives.
* Lead, mentor and develop the logistics team, setting clear goals, priorities and development plans while building a culture of integrity, collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.
* Flow down SCM objectives and logistics best practice, coaching Logistics Assistants and the Logistics & Compliance Coordinator to establish robust logistics strategies, transportation plans and third-party logistics (3PL) solutions.
* Approve logistics strategies, transportation approaches, carrier selection methodologies and logistics service provider segmentation frameworks, while coaching on major project…
