Import Operator

We are offering a unique opportunity to join our fantastic team of Import Operators who deal with the entire life cycle of the freight forwarding process via Sea, Air & Road for our key customers.

Candidates must have some Freight Forwarding experience and be able to demonstrate their willingness to learn and be keen to develop a long-term career.

The Role:

As a Freight Forwarding operator, you will be responsible for the following:

- Managing the whole shipping process from start to finish

- Arranging CDS Customs Clearances

- Handling Container & Groupage Deliveries

- Booking shipments with overseas agents

- Arranging documentation and ensuring customs procedures are followed

- Tracking shipments to ensure goods get delivered safely and on time

- Offering a high level of Customer service

Preferred Criteria

- At least 3 years experience in Imports as a Freight Forwarder

- Extensive knowledge of Imports via Sea, Air & Road

- CDS Customs clearance knowledge & experience in sending entries

- Excellent communication skills

- Positive personality
