Class 1 ADR Tanker Driver (C+E) – Day based – Southampton (Fawley)

Manpower UK seeks a Class 1 ADR Tanker Driver (C+E) for day-based work in Southampton. This temporary position, based at Fawley, offers £18.84 per hour, rising to £28.26 for overtime and weekends, plus a performance bonus up to £1000 every six months. Duties include depot-to-depot trunking, refinery refuelling, and compliant transport of hazardous materials.

Starting between 4:00am and 6:00am, Monday to Friday, this role suits an experienced HGV professional holding a valid ADR certificate.

Candidates must demonstrate a strong commitment to road safety, customer service, and regulatory compliance.

• Start times:
  Between 4:00am and 6:00am
• Available Shift Patterns:
  Monday to Friday – Days

• £18.84 per hour
• £28.26 per hour after 42.5 hours per week and for any weekend shifts
• Overtime and Weekends
• Performance Bonus of up to £1000 every 6 months

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence
• Current ADR Class 2 in Tanks qualification
• Valid Driver CPC
• Digital Tachograph Card
• Minimum 2 years'' HGV driving experience
• No more than 6 penalty points
• No DD or DR convictions
• Previous trunking or fuel delivery experience would be advantageous but is not essential

This role is expected to run until approximately April 2027 (weather dependant), after which requirements will be reviewed.
