About the Role
Our client is seeking a seasoned and motivational Driver Team Lead to oversee a team of professional drivers operating in and around Randburg. This leadership role involves guiding, training, and managing a team to ensure efficient and safe execution of delivery routes and transportation tasks. While the role is based in the Gauteng region, a significant portion of the oversight and management can be conducted remotely, coordinating schedules, performance, and problem-solving.

- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of delivery drivers, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the transportation or logistics industry.
- Strong understanding of driver operations, scheduling, and compliance requirements.

- Ability to effectively lead and motivate a diverse team.
- Familiarity with logistics software and performance tracking tools.
- Valid Driver's license and a clean driving record are essential.
