Warehouse Operative

The role of Warehouse Operative is critical to the safe and efficient movement of parcels within our depots. This position plays a crucial part in ensuring DPD maintains its commitment to exceptional customer service.

• Executing the unloading, scanning, sorting, and loading of parcels with precision and care.
• Ensuring the swift and secure transit of items through our network.
• Handling large and heavy parcels which could weigh up to 25kg.
• Maintaining a high level of physical capability to meet the demands of the role.
• Adhering to shift patterns as part of our 365‑day operational schedule.
• Upholding strict health and safety standards at all times.
• Demonstrating flexibility to work across various areas of the warehouse as required.
