Monday to Thursday: 07:30 – 16:15
Friday: 07:30 – 15:00
We are currently recruiting for an experienced SME Co-ordinator to join a busy warehouse operation. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and analytical individual with strong administrative skills and advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge to join a well established business with the opportunity to secure a permanent position.
This is primarily an office based role, although you will be required to work in warehouse.
Key Responsibilities
Support and coordinate the day to day activities of the SME team.
Produce weekly and monthly reports, including data analysis and audit reporting.
Respond to ad hoc requests from management.
Maintain MSDS records and communicate updates.
Manage warehouse shelf life checks.
Compile and distribute cost reports.
Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies through warehouse and system checks.
Maintain SAP records and warehouse administration.
Process goods receipting for direct deliveries and bulk chemical products.
Provide holiday cover for key operational support functions.
Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety procedures and promote safe working practices.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in an administrative, warehouse support, or coordinator role.
Excellent Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, and reporting.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and One Note.
SAP experience is desirable, although training will be provided.
Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to prioritise workloads, work independently, and support a wider team.
A proactive approach with the confidence to take ownership of tasks and support operational improvements.
