One Stop - Warehouse Operative

Role Overview

As a Warehouse Operative, you will ensure our stores receive the correct stock at the right time. The environment is fast‑paced, requiring teamwork, efficiency, accuracy, and safety.

Contract: Permanent 36‑hour contract, working both AM & PM on a 3‑week rolling rota.
Overtime: Time and a half after 36 hours, double time on Sundays.

• Support store colleagues by assembling orders accurately.
• Pick and manually handle stock.
• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse, addressing hazards promptly.
• Ensure stock is received, stored, packed, and transported to the highest standards.
• Take ownership of safety for yourself and others.
• Use provided tools, training material, and mechanical handling equipment efficiently.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
