DSV is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to oversee a portion of our warehouse in Thrapston, UK. You will lead a team of operatives, coordinate workloads, monitor performance and ensure high standards of quality and productivity while supporting the management team in hitting targets.
You will manage KPIs, train staff, maintain inventory records and promote a culture of safety. A forklift licence and Lean knowledge are advantageous for this role.
