GXO Southampton is recruiting an Assistant Team Leader to support the Team Leader in the daily running of our warehouse. This full-time, permanent role operates on a 5-out-of-7 pattern with rotating shifts (07:00-15:30 and 13:00-21:30) and reports into the onsite operations team.
You will coach and supervise warehouse operatives and agency colleagues, promote health and safety, and drive productivity and continuous improvement across the operation.
