Milestone LLC is looking for a dedicated and experienced Office Manager to join our administrative team. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all administrative processes. Your key responsibilities will include managing office staff, maintaining office supplies and equipment, coordinating schedules and appointments, and serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.

You will also implement policies and procedures to enhance productivity and improve workflows.

As the Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clinical teams and ensuring that our clients receive the best possible care. You will be involved in budgeting and financial management, handling billing and invoicing, and conducting performance evaluations for administrative staff.   • Experience in office management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Experience in office software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff and clients.
  • Experience with financial management, including budgeting and invoicing.
  • Ability to develop and implement efficient office procedures and policies.
  • Knowledge of confidentiality regulations and adherence to ethical standards.
  • Work closely with Program Manager and owners in the audit of billing activity.
  • Manage the day-to-day financial/support operations of respective locations.
  • Submit weekly billing claims to DMAS
  • Monitor month-end process, ensuring all claims are cleared, unbilled services are tracked and resubmitted, if possible.
  • Submit payroll on a bi-weekly basis
