Southaven Kia is seeking an Experienced Lube Technician who brings strong attendance, positive energy, and a competitive mindset to the shop every day.

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, inspections, and basic maintenance
• Follow Kia and dealership service procedures
• Maintain quality, safety, and cleanliness standards
• Communicate clearly with advisors and technicians
• Support shop flow and meet productivity expectations
• Maintain a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency

• Previous lube or express service experience preferred
• Strong attendance and reliability required
