Southaven Honda is seeking a high-performing, experienced Service Advisor who delivers exceptional customer experiences and is positioned to grow into a future management role.
This position is ideal for a motivated, task-oriented professional who understands Honda service standards, values accuracy, and thrives in a performance-driven environment.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES- Manage the service lane experience from write-up through vehicle delivery
- Accurately document customer concerns and recommend maintenance and repairs
- Communicate effectively with technicians, parts, and management
- Ensure repair orders meet Honda and dealership standards
- Drive CSI, service retention, and first-visit resolution
- Provide timely updates and set clear customer expectations
- Maintain organization, follow-up, and workflow discipline
- 5+ years of Service Advisor experience in a dealership environment
- Honda certification or equivalent OEM certification – required
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
- Task-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proven success in fast-paced, high-volume service operations
- Professional appearance and customer-first mindset
- Highly motivated and performance-driven
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
- Coachable with leadership potential
- Interested in advancing into Lane Manager or Assistant Service Manager roles
- Respected by peers, technicians, and leadership
