* Regional, Cardiovascular (CV), EP Lab cases, Neurology, Orthopedics, Obstetrics, General, Urology, and Well Peds, Pulmonary(bronchoscopy), Gastroenterology (EGD, colonoscopy, ERCP), Interventional Radiology,
* Shifts*2 weeks on, 1 week off position
18 weeks of 7a-5p shift or 17.5 weeks of call and 17.5 weeks of day shift

Currently our care team model includes approximately 3 anesthesiologists and 15 CRNAs, who have created a cohesive group.

* ** Responsibilities
* * Pre-anesthesia assessment
* Obtains and/or verifies patient consent
* Discuss anesthetic options and risks with the patient
* Induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
* Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition
* Performance of clinical intervention as needed
* Assist in the directing and coordinating of activities in the
* Anesthesia Department
* Responsible for the medical management of patients who are rendered unconscious and/or insensible to pain and emotional stress during surgery and other medical procedures
* Requirements
* * M.D./D.O. Degree from an accredited College of Medicine
* ECFMG and FLEX
* Completion of approved residency in anesthesia
* Currently licensed as a physician in Mississippi
* Board Certification or actively board eligible by the American Board of Anesthesia.
