Baptist Medical Group is seeking BE/BC General Surgeons to augment our existing busy group
- Base Salary: $400,000 with the potential for increased earnings
- Sign on Bonus and Annual Quality Bonus
- Complete benefits package and relocation allowance
- This is an employed opportunity
with Baptist Medical Group (a multidisciplinary medical group with over 1000 employed physicians)
Opportunity Highlights:
- Will join 4 other experienced surgeons and 1 NP (BMH – Desoto: 339 bed hospital)
- Work out of 1 hospital
- Hospitalists in house full time and admit almost all patients
- Level 3 Trauma Center – most patients go to County Hospital in Downtown Memphis
- DaVinci Robot site
- Strong referral base with large primary care network
- Excellent medical and critical care support
- Call is 1:5 with hospitalist admitting unless urgent (Hospitalists are in house 24/7)
- Competitive compensation with sign on bonus and relocation assistance
- Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PLSF) eligible employer
- Can support J-1 and H1b waivers
