1st Shift: 7:30 am – 4:00 pm

• Maintain and organize daily dock assignments.
• Conduct regular hourly checks of the dock area.
• Read and interpret a variety of stage plans, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), or Work Instructions (WIs).
• Engage in physical activities to sort and move products effectively.
• Operate material handling equipment, such as RF devices, label machines, weight scales, and pallet jacks.
• Re‑box and label materials, conduct weight counts for sales orders, and transfer materials to staging areas.
• Perform various duties, including organizing excess items from picking.
• Enter data accurately, including completing daily production sheets and other necessary transactions.
• Mark and tag containers with appropriate identifying information.
• Assemble product containers as required.
• Pack containers and re‑pack damaged ones as needed.
• Install protective devices, such as bracing, padding, or strapping, to prevent shifting or damage during transportation.
• Participate in a collaborative work environment utilizing effective communication and willingness to cross‑train to enhance team productivity, versatility, and skill development.
• Comply with comprehensive safety protocols and participate in ongoing training to ensure a secure work environment and maintain a safety‑conscious culture.
• Follow all 5S principles and guidelines daily to optimize workflow, efficiency, and a clean work environment.
• Undertake additional responsibilities and tasks as directed by management.

• Preferred:
  High School Diploma or equivalent; 1 year’s experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrates strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Capable of following instructions and responding to management direction.
• Detail‑oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Exhibits experience working collaboratively in a team environment.
• Has the ability to read and interpret various documents, including safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Possesses effective verbal communication skills.

• Standing:
  Must be able to frequently remain in a stationary position.
• Walking, Reaching, and Handling:
  Must be able to frequently move about inside the warehouse to access product and machinery; must be able to stand and walk 60% of the time, lift up to 40 lbs. normally, up to 70 lbs. less than 10% of the time.
• Seeing:
  Frequently reads various documents and operates computer and other office tools/databases/equipment.
• Talking and Hearing:
  Frequently communicates with colleagues, co‑workers, and customers; must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
• Manual Dexterity:
  Frequently operates a computer and warehouse machinery.
