The role requires delivering high-quality care through critical thinking, nursing processes, and compassionate communication. Responsibilities include

• developing and evaluating patient and family education plans
• assisting physicians with procedures
• addressing psychosocial needs and coordinating with social services
• promoting patient safety and practicing cost-effective resource use
• prioritizing care efficiently and maintaining lifelong learning

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Computer literacy
• RN licensure and BLS certification (within 14 days of hire)
• Preferred: ACLS/PALS certifications
