Clinical Resident Nurse - Med​/Surg

Provides direct and indirect patient care in various settings, collaborating with healthcare teams to improve outcomes. Utilizes critical thinking, nursing processes, and compassionate care to ensure patient safety and dignity. Performs general nursing duties, including patient assessment, medication administration, patient education, and prioritization of care. Demonstrates technical skills, assists physicians with procedures, and addresses psychosocial needs of patients and families. Promotes cost-effective practices and lifelong learning to enhance nursing proficiency.

• Engages in ongoing professional development.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN licensure and BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
• Computer literacy required; ACLS/PALS certifications preferred.
