Location:

Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (with flexibility for overtime as needed)
Compensation: $21/hour
About the RoleExegistics is seeking a Technical Services Technician I to join our clients Quality Department in Southaven, MS. This hands‑on role supports product evaluation, rework, diagnostics, and technical support activities to ensure quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will have experience working with electro‑mechanical components, possess strong analytical skills, and be comfortable operating diagnostic and testing equipment in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Perform diagnostics, disassembly, and evaluation of returned products for quality and warranty assessments.
- Support the rework and processing of non‑conforming materials.
- Operate equipment such as label machines, weigh scales, forklifts/cherry pickers, and pallet jacks safely and effectively.
- Use measuring and testing tools, including calipers, multi‑meters, and specialized diagnostic equipment (after training).
- Maintain accurate records within systems such as Quality Response System, Baan NC Maintenance, Item Purchase, Stock Point, and Inventory Transactions Sessions.
- Evaluate labor claim returns and assist in addressing customer technical support inquiries.
- Follow all safety guidelines and uphold 5S principles to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Previous experience with electro‑mechanical parts is preferred.
- Familiarity with vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and OE or aftermarket components.
- Understanding of electrical principles (voltage, current, resistance) and mechanical properties (force, torque, power).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- ASE certification preferred but not required.
- Ability to safely operate warehouse and testing equipment and perform physical tasks as needed.
- Consistent weekday schedule:
Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM. - Competitive hourly pay of $21/hour, with overtime opportunities.
