Full‑time position at the Rocky Creek and Foxhaven apartment communities, Southaven, Mississippi. The role requires Saturday working hours.

• Maintain detailed knowledge of the property, amenities, and community.
• Handle all aspects of leasing apartments.
• Collect and enter rental payments.
• Record daily traffic information.
• Assist in processing residents’ service requests and other maintenance requests.
• Perform daily inspection of model apartments, common areas, and community amenities.
• Assist in the inspection of vacant apartments.
• Assume the duties of the property manager and/or perform other duties as directed.

• 1 to 2 years of residential management or leasing experience.
• Experience using property management software (preferably One Site or Yardi).
• Availability to work weekends.
• Ability to walk the property, including climbing stairs.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance.
• Must pass a credit check, background check, and drug screening.
