Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and provide a menu tour by explaining or offering suggestions.
- Upsell retail, desserts and bar options while keeping guests engaged with small talk.
- Process payments with confidence and handle any floor situation without hesitation.
- Take orders, ring up transactions, maintain a clean and well‑stocked front area.
- Operate a Point of Sale system accurately.
Requirements:
- Friendly, helpful and customer‑service minded.
- Ability to learn the menu and answer guest questions.
- Reliable transportation and a working phone.
