Legacy Restoration is seeking an Outside Sales Representative.

In this role, you build lasting customer relationships, focus on door-to-door prospecting and lead generation, conduct roof inspections and design meetings, and collaborate with other departments to oversee project execution.

• Excel in door-to-door sales, actively generating leads and establishing client connections.
• Leverage comprehensive training to refine sales tactics and strategies.
• Communicate effectively with potential clients, offering tailored solutions.
• Interact directly with customers and resolve issues, questions, and complaints professionally.
• Proactively communicate with customers throughout the sales process.
• Conduct thorough roof inspections and provide expert recommendations.
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve project completion.

• Self-motivated with a passion for outdoor, boots-on-the-ground sales work.
• Ready to set up a ladder and climb on roofs.
• Reliable, dependable, diligent, and highly organized with good time-management skills.
• Track record of strong business practices and judgment.

• Valid driver's license.
• Own reliable vehicle including car insurance.

Our sales reps receive a $45K salary plus uncapped commissions. Compensation growth for those with no industry experience typically follows this pattern: 1st year $70–85K, 2nd year $85K+.
