Job Overview
As a PROMAN Sales Account Executive, your work will have a direct and major impact on the business. You will develop business relationships and grow revenue in a highly competitive market, generate leads, and grow existing relations by maintaining an accurate, detailed client book for an active, repeat customer base. You will also work closely with a team of recruiters to communicate customer needs, thereby facilitating an excellent ongoing relationship with PROMAN customers.
Responsibilities- Build and maintain an account portfolio of clients and prospects in the local market.
- Manage client relationships and services for all accounts by conducting on-site visits and implementing strategic, client‑specific service.
- Develop presence in the market through daily inside phone sales, outside cold‑calling, client visits, networking, customer service, and proposals.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of PROMAN’s suite of services to present dynamically.
- Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions can address those needs.
- Cultivate relationships with decision‑makers through creative, outside‑the‑box sales strategies.
- Proven ability to exceed activity KPIs and budget goals.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
- Maintain personal sales production and excellent documentation within PROMAN systems.
- 2+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in B2B sales.
- Comfortable utilizing consultative selling techniques and making cold calls (including door‑to‑door prospecting).
- Proven consistent results in selling with an emphasis on prospecting for new opportunities.
- Ability to network, develop strategic partnerships, and referral relationships.
- Successful track record of developing and managing self‑initiated sales objectives.
- Negotiating skills with C‑level decision‑makers.
- Clear, concise communication skills, solid business sense, and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask with ever‑changing priorities.
- Organizational skills to manage a deep pipeline of ongoing client relationships.
- High sense of urgency.
