As a Residential HVAC Service Technician, you’ll lead the way in delivering high-level HVAC services by:
- Diagnosing, servicing, and repairing HVAC systems in single-family residential homes.
- Educating homeowners on system performance and offering solutions that fit their comfort needs.
- Providing five-star customer experiences in every home you visit.
- Driving sales of system enhancements and replacements through expert recommendations.
- Upholding all safety and code compliance standards with integrity.
- Proven experience in residential HVAC service and repair.
- A proactive, sales-focused mindset with strong communication skills.
- EPA certification and valid driver’s license (clean record required).
- Physically capable of lifting equipment and working in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor conditions.
