Trades Sphere Clerk

As a Contract Logistics Specialist at Kuehne+Nagel, you will manage end-to-end warehousing operations for our customers, ensuring precision and contributing to the success of our team and the day‑to‑day operations in the warehouse and distribution centres. Your work includes storing and delivering delicate flowers and fresh ingredients to local stores for everyday lunches and family celebrations.

Work schedule:

Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm. Paid weekly at $25.00 per hour.

• Validate and record inbound and outbound data manually and systematically (WMS)
• Maintain records of all outgoing and incoming shipments
• Ensure accuracy, prepare and create pick list, packing list, and POD (Point of Delivery) recovery for inbound or outbound activities
• Communicate with carriers, customer, operations, and management
• Perform clerical responsibilities such as filing, inbound/outbound phone calls, use of radio, data entry
• Verify and receive product into inventory

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of order entry systems
• WMS and customer service experience
